Uniform Standard

Crimson First, Pride Second

Temporary allowance: while members gather the listed uniform pieces, they may wear any armour or clothing that closely resembles the Scarlet look in the meantime. Keep the colours crimson, white, dark iron, old gold, or worn leather. Avoid bright Alliance parade colours and avoid anything that breaks the hidden cell theme.

These sets are the expected visual direction for public Scarlet appearances, patrols, ceremonies, training, and marked operations.

How to Obtain Each Uniform

The written records are a separate carousel. Use the arrows or uniform buttons to switch armour type.

Uniform I Plate Crusader

Plate Crusader

For the front line of the faithful: crusaders, shield bearers, and those expected to look unmistakably Scarlet when the cell steps out of shadow.

Stand-in Rule

  • Heavy red and steel plate is acceptable while farming
  • Keep the silhouette militant, disciplined, and Scarlet
  • A similar shield and one hand weapon may be used temporarily
How to obtain Run Castle Nathria on Normal difficulty for the main plate appearance. Farm or substitute the shield and one hand weapon until the preferred options are secured.

Mail Houndsman, Scout, Archer

For the watchers, hunters, and ranged faithful. This uniform keeps the old Scarlet colours while fitting scouts, bowmen, Houndsmans, and field agents.

  • Low level red bows are acceptable if they match the colour theme

Appearance Aim

  • Hooded Scarlet field hunter
  • Red mail, old shoulder pieces, practical equipment
  • Works for hounds, patrols, forest routes, and city surveillance

Stand-in Rule

  • Any red mail set can be used while farming
  • Keep the hood and bow if possible
  • A cloak is acceptable for colder northern patrols
How to obtain Gather the Chain of the Scarlet Crusade appearance, add Herod's Shoulders from the Heirloom vendor at Ironforge, then finish the silhouette with the Prowler's Crimson Cowl/A Crimson Hood, and a red bow.

Leather Infiltrator, Spy

For agents who do not always have the luxury of marching openly. The shape remains Scarlet, but the purpose is quieter: knives, whispers, back rooms, and city streets.

Armour

  • Bloodfang Armor, original or newer red version
  • No shoulders for the preferred cell look
  • Replace helmet with Prowler's Crimson Cowl
  • Add Wanderer's Crimson Cloak

Weapon

  • Low fantasy dagger such as Expeditionary Dagger
  • One hand sword such as Skeletal Longsword
  • Similar grounded blades are acceptable

Appearance Aim

  • Hooded and discreet
  • Red and black leather, not parade armour
  • Looks like a loyalist who can vanish into a crowd

Stand-in Rule

  • Use red leather or dark rogue gear while farming
  • Keep shoulders hidden or understated
  • A cloak and hood should sell the role first
How to obtain Farm Blackwing Lair or a red modern variant, remove the shoulders, use Prowler's Crimson Cowl, and finish the disguise with Wanderer's Crimson Cloak and simple weapons.

The Quartermaster's Rule

Before the Uniform is Complete

Members are not expected to halt role-play while they farm. Wear any close Scarlet resemblance in the meantime, so long as the tone remains believable for the Vestige.

When appearing in cities under cover, do not expose the cell through careless crimson unless ordered. When appearing as Scarlet, dress with purpose.

The Structure is Set

The quartermaster's slate is passed between the faithful, marked with red wax and names not spoken aloud. Those who lack the required garments are given time, not excuses.
